How to unlock the One for All achievement in Halo 5: Guardians - Definitive Guide

Any mission done in Co-op on atleast HEROIC difficulty would do, but I'd strongly recommend MISSION 4, because in this mission there are no enemies at all! You just walk around and talk to a couple of people. If you also turn on at least three skulls you'll earn the MY RULES achievement.

NOTE: You will not begin the game with the skulls, you will need to follow collectible guides to locate a couple of skulls throughout the campaign.

I am struggling to connect a 2nd controller and do this locally. Maybe it can only be done online?

Ok so been going for this achivement I’ve completed heroric campaign 3 times co-op and legendary co-op 1 and I’m still stuck at 93% and messaged halo waypoint and told me they have no solution so dose anyone know how to fix it so I can get my achivement I just recently went to my save data and hit delete everywhere and currently go through heroric campaign again and watching all cutscenes again without skipping so could use help fixing this
