How to unlock the Party Hearty achievement in Halo 5: Guardians - Definitive Guide
For this achievement I had the following set up:
Mission: Osiris [first mission]
Skulls: Iron [3.0x], Tough Luck [1.50x], Catch [2.0x], Fog [1.50x], Thunderstorm [1.50x].
Difficulty: Normal
People: 2
Multiplier: 9.50x
If you're having trouble I would advise taking the Thunderstorm skull off to give you an 8.00x multiplier.
Me and my partner just ran through the level as fast as we could [took us 3:54] and just killed the enemies that we had to in order to progress the level [3 separate points this occurs] and that was enough for us to both get over 200k easily.
However if you're finding it hard to get to 200k than just take it a bit slower and clear out easy enemies. Crawlers and Jackals/Grunts are all 1 burst with the BR so they are easy points, or one shot with the pistol. The dying elite at the start is also a quick 9975 points if you kill it before it dies on its own.
My Partner had around 400k points and 18 kills and I had around 280k with 11 kills. We did it on our first try, but it might take you more than one attempt. Make sure that you wait until after this mission is finished and has loaded to the score menu afterwards for the par time multiplier to be added to both scores as that is where the achievement popped for us.

By far the quickest and easiest way! Thumbs up!

Don't be scared off this huge score. This is actually quite easy to achieve by starting up the 13th mission (Genesis) on heroic difficulty for Co-Op. It is easier to have just you and a friend instead of a fire team of 4, but both are doable. Then select the skulls tough luck, catch, fog, famine, and tilt. You will all of these skulls on be because there is a method to stay in the tank for the entire mission.
Once you have 200,000 points, let your friend get 200,000 points and then go from there. :)
I am adding a link below to show you how you can get the tank to the last warden fight where you would have to usually fight him on ground. Just stay back throughout the mission and take your time. If you die, restart checkpoint so you still have the tank. All credit for the glitch goes to Aeons of Blight
(Glitch still works I tried it this morning, it may take a few times, but it definitely works).

Also note; when you get to the first warden, you must exit the tank and walk across the bridge to trigger the warden. Then run back to the tank and have at it.

To get all of the Score Attack achievements in one go, here is my suggestion:
Mission: Blue Team
Long enough and with all Covenant enemies, making it easier to kill everything quickly and get that score up on multi-kills.
Skulls: Tough Luck, Catch, Fog, Famine
Left off Iron for any pesky deaths from being stuck (Insta-death). It is unneeded to reach the score threshold.
Difficulty: Normal
Relatively easy to kill everything - even Hunters.
Players: 2
Allows each player to get 400,000+ ensuring Party Hearty will unlock on completion.
The Par Time on Blue Team is 29:00. With two adequately skilled players, you should be able to finish in under 18:00 (my partner and I were under 15:00). I would suggest killing the first set of hunters in the lab just to get them out of the way. For every other enemy, just kill everything you can as you move through. Including the open Banshee area, you should end up killing 90% or more of the enemies on the map just from natural play.
Assuming that each player is doing some of the killing during the first half of the mission, at least one of you should be above 200,000 by the time you reach the open Banshee area. If one player is lacking, make sure to let that player kill enemy Banshees as each one will net over 30,000 points with this skull multiplier.
Finishing the mission each with a personal score over 200,000 will unlock Party Hearty:
Beating the Par Time (easy), gives The Hare achievement:
Accumulating a total score over 500,000 (my partner and I were over 1 million) with the skulls noted above will net you the Drop A Quarter, Up For A Challenge, & The Tortoise achievements:
As a side-note, I did 4 of the achievements minus Party Hearty by myself in a solo run. Then doing the same run again with a partner, he unlocked all 5 while I finished the set.

Easy way that i did it. If you do not care about beating the par time go mission one on legendary with the skulls on mentioned on previous solutions. I did this went way past the par time and still ended up with over a million points
