If you were like me and remember all the other halos and their par scores and how they were quite a challenge to get. Well don't be overwhelmed with these new scores.
Start up the first mission blue team on easy difficulty and select a skull that has a score multiplayer of x2. Too be safe I put on an extra few skulls, those being tough luck (1.5x), catch (2.0x) and tilt (2.0x). These are easy skulls and you shouldn't have a hard time. If you don't have these skulls, there are excellent guides to help you find them.
Now just start up the mission and do your thing. I finished with a score of 201,026, which is 150,000 above the asking so this is a breeze. Meele and head shots award extra points and Assassinations award the most points.

Followed your skull tips and Blue Team mission. Kinda did a speed run with plenty of time.
I poped the 2 extra hunters, the par time, the 10,000 and 50,000 achievements in a single run on easy.

The Party Hearty achievement in Halo 5: Guardians worth 117 pointsComplete a mission in Score Attack co-op, with all participants scoring at least 200,000 points.
The The Hare achievement in Halo 5: Guardians worth 67 pointsBeat the par time of a mission in Score Attack.
The The Tortoise achievement in Halo 5: Guardians worth 210 pointsComplete a mission in Score Attack with at least 500,000 points.

With the above settings, your goal is to run through the mission as fast as possible while killing all the enemies and focusing on multikill medals for extra points. You should be able to complete the mission in around 7 minutes, and you scores will double upon completion. As long as one of the players finishes with at 250,000 points, you will unlock all 5 available score attack DLC achievements:
