How to unlock the He’s Unstoppable! achievement in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary - Definitive Guide
This is a straightforward achievement, but if you're having trouble, here's the easy way:
Play campaign split-screen (with a second controller). You'll need to press "Y" in the Campaign select screen to change your network to console-only.
Have your second controller run through a level. If you die, you'll spawn on your main profile, which won't take any damage.
That's it.
If you're going to do something so boring, you might as well stack this with the Pillar of Autumn Legendary achievements (don't pick up overshield or health packs on main profile) while using Boom (bigger explosions), Bandanna (infinite ammo), and Grunt Funeral (Grunts explode upon death—preorder bonus, if you have it) for the three skull achievement. You'll also get your three co-op achievements. (That's seven achievements with 185G, for those counting.) Honestly, Legendary is a piece of cake with infinite grenades and massive explosions.

Booyah! Easy way to get 7 achievements.

Important notes for getting this achievement after several annoying playthroughs.
Firstly, medpacks do not count, if you hurt yourself and heal back to 100% your achievement will not unlock.
Secondly, if you hurt yourself and reset to last save or restart mission, it still will not count.
Basically, if you hurt your health in any way, you will need to quit and restart the mission otherwise the achievement will not unlock.
All these were discovered painfully after nearly 8 playthroughs of Pillar of Autumn on Heroic
A tip though. Every few checkpoints, save & quit then reload. Now if you die, go back to your dashboard, reload the game and resume. All is forgiven and you're back where you were at the last time you saved & quit. You may need to run through one or two more checkpoints again, but it's easier then repeating the whole level.
PS: thinking about it, the number of times Halo games have had this exploit, you' think they'd have solved it by Reach now, huh?

Given the way the Halo engines track and save game progress I don't think they CAN fix it without changes to the game engine.

This is a great tip, the dashboarding. Thanks!

This one is not so bad you can do it with other achievements like not picking up med packs or using over shields on the Pillar of Autumn. I did this one with 3 skulls active (bandanna, grunt birthday part, famine)which did help. I would suggest having bandanna skull as you can chuck loads of nades and hide.
If you feel that is too much of a challenge load Pillar of Autumn on heroic and focus on not taking damage. with bandanna feel free to chuck grenades a plenty just stand well enough back, whenever you see a life pod point there are over shields inside, if you feel comfortable don't take them if not then take them and make it easier.
Apart from that its fairly simple just take your time and don't do anything risky.
This can be done in coop.

Far as i'm aware any of them can be done in coop you just need to do what is required. Do remember though if you do take health damage you'll need to start over again which might annoy your partner.

If you do the first level (pillar of autumn) on legendary split-screen co-op. Player 2 runs ahead and does everything. And player one sits back and does not get health damage at all you will get the achievement.I used player 2 and died heaps
and player 1 still got the achievement.
and player 1 still got the achievement.

Personally I felt like Pillar of Autumn was the best level to do this on. The enclosed spaces make hiding behind obstacles and using grenades much more effective, and it's not a very long level. Make sure you have the Bandanna and Grunt Funeral (if you have it) skulls on. I would advise against using Boom because in this level you're very likely to blow yourself up.
The only really tricky part of this level is the part where you have to walk up a flight of stairs and you're surrounded by about 5 Elites, but if you hang back and try to stick them with plasma grenades it shouldn't be much trouble.
Just take it slow, hang back when you get shield damage, and throw lots of grenades. Remember that if you take any health damage you have to restart the entire level over again.

As posted for That Just Happened.
Play through and save and quit, then reload from checkpoint each time you get a checkpoint.
If you happen to lose health just shut down your xbox without saving, then start up and continue from checkpoint and it negates the loss of health.

This achievement can be easy acquired in co op mode. Have one player run and gun the baddies then the other moves up to a new position. I played all by myself and let one just wait and hide him in a safe place then moved him up when the area was clear, did this all through the mission and "Bing" achievement popped at the end of the mission.
This one goes well with Walk it Off. Obviously if you can't pick up health packs, you don't want to lose any health at all. Kills two birds with one stone. If you prefer to do it separate, however, level 4 "The Silent Cartographer" is typically the easiest level to beat due to the excessive number of marines, warthogs, and rocket launchers they give you throughout the level.
As far as strategy goes, try to fall back, stay cautious, and let your allies (or better yet co-op friends) take everything out. It may take a few tries, but it's not too bad.
