How to unlock the Walk it Off achievement in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary - Definitive Guide
This is really quit easy, and depending on how careful you are you can get four achievements at once. Three at the very least.
- Tsantsa
(Recommend finding all skulls first.)
- Walk it Off
(Note that you have to restart the mission if you accidentally pick up a health pack. Reverting to checkpoint doesn't work.)
- Overshields are for Sissies
(In the Covenant boarding ships. Don't touch.)
- He’s Unstoppable!
(Stay behind corners while things go Boom.)
Basically you only need the Boom, Bandanna, and Grunt Funeral skulls on. Obviously if you don't have a new copy of the game you can't use Grunt Funeral. But seeing how I posted this the day after launch, just about everyone should have the skull. As for the other skulls, check out the "Headhunter" achievement solution. People have been posting very useful YouTube videos showing the locations.
Anyway, aim for grunt head shots or throw a grenade around the corner and then hide while the Grunt Funeral and Boom work together to cascade the kills. Bandanna gives you infinite ammo and grenades, so no worries on running out. If an enemy hides around a corner, just keep chucking grenades until he is dispatched. As someone asked in the comments if co-op would be a good way of getting this achievement. Yes, co-op is always better. Just try having a friend available so you don't have to keep swapping controllers.

is it not possible just to load up a dummy profile and just have your main profile chill and have your dummy profile run around and kill everything?

I think someone asked that for some else's solution, but yes.

This one may be a little bit tricky as some of them are hanging right next to the doors you need to go through. Try to not touch them when you go trough doors and watch especially out at the end of the level as somewhere there one health kit is lying on the ground.
Also in my case reloading the checkpoint after picking a health kit accidentially up voided the achievement (I would appreciate if someone could confirm that).
Hope thats helps:)

Yup, picking up a health kit = Restart or no achievement.

If you have or can get a hold of a second Xbox 360 controller, just make one lame player and then your main player. Have your main player stand back while your lame one kills everything. Avoid any and all health kits, as you may pick them up immediately.
This will be one of the tougher achievements in the game due to the tight corridors of the level. Your biggest saving grace is that there are no jackals on this level and your enemies do not use the Needler on this level. Heroic and Legendary also allow you to use grenades earlier on in the level, so the corridors make frags more effective against enemies. Look for side hallways whenever possible. They can sometimes lead you around certain fights, thus saving you from potential damage.
