Once you have the Bandana skull, load one of your saves with it that skull active. This removes the cool down for equipment. Then just keep pressing the button to launch a Drop Wall over and over until this achievement pops. That's it! Also works great for all the other equipment achievements.

Is the tracker broken for this? It isn’t updating for me (along with several other trackable progression achievements in this game).

My tracker for this was bugged. I hopped into easy with bandana skull on. I through the drop wall 50 times onto the floor. This took less than a minute. The achievement then popped. My achievement did not track during this however unlocked once I’d thrown it 50 times on the floor in less then one minute. This was done in a completed save with no interruptions. Completed on the 26/12/21
