How to unlock the Air Raid achievement in Halo Infinite - Definitive Guide
You can spawn multiple Wasps at a nearby FOB that has them unlocked, OR If you're playing on a save file with everything completed, there won't be many enemies roaming the open world to shoot at. If that is your situation: Load up the mission The Sequence.
After clearing the first little area and interacting with the terminal, the bridge will extend and two banshees will descend to fire at you on the bridge. You and your co-op partner hijack the two banshees with your grappleshots.
Now fly around the area and to the surrounding beacons killing whatever you can until it pops. This will give you a lot of enemies to kill in a short amount of time. If one of you loses a banshee, restart the mission and repeat.

Buggy... I did the campaign co-op with one person, then used the same save file to run through with someone else. I went back to the first person to finish remaining achievements. They hadn't played with anyone else, but Air Raid popped for them and not for me. So I recommend not mixing save files, and try to finish this with the same partner. If anyone can suggest how to make this pop for me without restarting on a new save file, please let me know.
EDIT: Got it on the same save file eventually. Felt like my count got reset when I started playing with a second co-op partner, but it could also have been that some kills didn't count for both of us.

why would I not just call in a Wasp at a FOB? seems like a lot of faff for something that can be explained much more easily.
