Complete the game on normal difficulty, if you start the game on normal difficulty or higher you’ll get this Achievement when you complete the main story campaign. If you do choose to do it on a higher level you will get the higher level Achievement as well as this one.

Sadly, I completed the game on Legendary, but never got this one or the other achievements. They are all sitting at 94%. ☹️

I've just completed the game on normal and this one is sitting at 35%. Anyone know why this wouldn't have popped?

I also wanted to say I'm stuck on 23% for this achievement despite completing the campaign on Normal. I wanted to add as well that on my in-game profile it says I've only completed the campaign on Easy, which is not the case.

This was glitched for me but it unlocked when I opened the campaign after the Winter Update.

So the two achievements I was missing never popped (tried all the obvious steps), but speedrunning the game on Legendary with Tank Gun and Bandana skull got me all three difficulty related achievements. Did it all in one sitting, never leaving the game, in 4:55 with few difficulties. Hopefully this helps someone 🙂
