How to unlock the Battle Tested achievement in Halo Infinite - Definitive Guide
Unlock all 100 levels of the battle pass. Each level requires 1000xp, so just continue to work through daily and weekly challenges and you will eventually get this - though it will take a while.
The battle pass doesn't expire so you don't need to worry about rushing to complete it.
As pointed out in the comments, you can buy every level of the battle pass if you have a couple hundred euro to spare.
Everyone will know and judge you.
Edit
Season 2 has just begun. From my understanding, you can only continue with the previous battle pass if you have purchased the premium version.
Edit 2
The winter update has a 30 tier pass that works for the achievement 👍also per match xp has been added so it should all go much quicker and smoother.
This is a VERY buggy achievement judging by the comments. There seems to be no concise reason why it's not unlocking for some people.
However, don't be discouraged if you are going for this, you can see from the Recent Winners section that people are still unlocking this everyday; so it's not totally hopeless.
Edit 3
Looks like this has been fixed. Should unlock retroactively if you've already completed a battle pass.

For non Premium owners, you can complete up to 50 daily challenges each granting 50xp, meaning you can gain 2500 XP per day. These take roughly 3-4 hours to complete in Bot Bootcamp.
100 levels are required for the very first Battle Pass, each level requiring 1000 XP, meaning you require 100k XP to max it out.
With just daily challenges that means 40 days (or converted into real-time hours, something like 120-160 hours).
However, every week there's about 20 weekly challenges, each granting between 200 - 300 XP (event weekly challenges can grant 350 XP) + the Ultimate challenge granting usually 350 XP (yet again, the recent event Ultimate challenge granted 400 XP). For the sakes of simplicity, let's just say 250 XP on average. That times 20 means 5000 additional XP per week + another 350 on top of it for the Ultimate challenge. Let's just stick to 5000 for simplicity.
So within those 40 days you could complete up to 5 of these weekly challenge sets and get another 5000 XP, which is pretty much precisely a quarter of the total amount (25k XP) required to reach level 100.
Effectively you technically only have to grind 30 days of daily challenges therefore and the rest with weeklies.
TL;DR
It takes you pretty much exactly 30 days to max out the first Battle Pass to unlock this achievement if you consistently grind out ALL challenges without buying anything.
EDIT
Dailies will be changed to now award the following XP per day/per match:
1st Game = 300XP
2nd Game = 200XP
3rd Game = 200XP
4th Game = 100XP
5th Game = 100XP
6th Game = 100XP
7th+ Game = 50XP
Meaning you will be able to gain 3200 XP a day instead of just 2500 XP.

Just got the achiev and this how it works for me. For the first time when I joined in the game, the Season 3 BP (with 100 tier) was the active in menu. I did about 10-12 levels and then switched into Winter BP (with 30 tier) after I noticed here it works for the achiev. I beat it - nothing. Then I switched back on the Season 3 (which was my primal and first BP), bought a premium version and continued with this. After I get to the 100 level it just popped up. My thoughts this works with the one the games gave you for the first time. Btw after I completed Season 3 BP the game said something about "Congrats! You are completed all the battle passes!" but that's not true, I never played with Season 1 or 2. And I can't switch now between BP's even manually, I can now only buy them (get premium). So somehow it's working, but still buggy. Best of luck.

A lot of great information, and just adding a bit more. For perspective I’m level 88 right now, started at 0, and no Paid challenge swaps or double XP used. And I don’t quit out of matches.
The battle pass rewards one Double XP token every 5 levels. And roughly 2-3 challenge swaps every 5 levels.
Challenges that don’t specify “in PvP” can be completed in bot matches.
The first 6 matches every day are worth a total of 1000xp, even for bot matches. And should take under an hour to complete. Meaning if you finished all your challenges in the week, you can still guarantee 2 levels a day very quickly if you use a double XP token (although I don’t necessarily recommend this unless you are sitting on a pile of them).
The best time to use double XP tokens are on your first few play sessions after the weekly reset. It’s very easy to pop a double XP; and within that hour earn 5 levels. With some luck your first one might even give you 10 ranks. Meaning you earned the same amount, or even gained a double XP token. 2000xp from match completions, and you should get anywhere from 3000-8000xp from challenges depending on your luck. I’ve also heard of people getting close to 15 BP ranks in the first hour of reset.
I also typically pop a double XP token for my second and sometimes third hour of play after the challenge reset. Ideally it would be more optimal to just play an hour each day and always get 2-5 ranks while you have fresh (high XP) daily challenges, but I don’t always have that availability so this is from the perspective of a player that tends to have a few multi hour sessions a week.
While I feel challenge swap usage is self explanatory, the goal is to get rid of challenges that either take a lot of time, or have a low probability of occurring (or low probability of getting a match where you can even complete it). Winning match specific challenges, fusion coil kills, etc. Essentially anything that you have no control over. For example, I would much rather win 3 pvp matches, vs winning 1 CTF game. 3 pvp matches should occur in 6 matches (or faster), where as I could play 10 matches and not even see CTF (and then need to win it as well). Weapon specific challenges are to your personal preference. The more you know the maps and spawns, the much easier/faster these challenges can be.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for putting actual tips in this guide as opposed to the top voted one which just states the obvious.
Over the long term I've been earning an average of 4,500 points in an hour by activating an XP boost for a full set of daily and weekly challenges. Once the weekly challenges run out, that goes down to about 2,200 when boosting daily challenges alone by cranking through as many Bot Bootcamp matches as possible in an hour.

"Challenges that don’t specify “in PvP” can be completed in bot matches." That's not 100% accurate as confirmed with this weeks Ultimate challenge.
In addition, some regular weekly challenges that don't indicate "in PvP" also only can be done in PvP such as completing a Big Team Battle match for instance.
Although that's details.

As one might guess, to complete a Battle Pass you need to go up in rank, and to do that, you need XP. Players are currently awarded 50 XP for completing a matchmade game, and more XP can be earned with weekly challenges. The good news; you'll get 50 XP no matter what you play in matchmaking, or how you play it. The bad news; it'll take a while to obtain this for free.
The easiest and quickest solution is to keep buying XP grants until you've gotten to rank 100 in the current Battle Pass.
The other is to patiently play the game and progress normally, but there are still ways to go a little faster. So here's a few tips to help out, although keep in mind that these are not "one size fits all" hints.
1. Play in playlists that go faster. So far they all seem to move at about the same pace, however more playlists will likely be added. For now, Big Team Battle seems to me to move the slowest, while Ranked seems to move faster. EDIT #2: With the addition of more playlists since the creation of this guide, other playlists like Tactical Slayer and Fiesta both move much quicker on average, due to the fast paced nature of both game types.
2. Don't leave games just because you're losing. This ends up just being a waste of time. Even if you lose, you'll still get your XP.
3. Focus on your weekly challenges. These have nice XP payouts if you can finish them. Some of them will be skill based, but in most cases those offer more XP. Completing a weekly challenge can mean saving you from having to play an extra 2-6 games.
4. Save any XP boosts you get for the start of each week. Once new weekly challenges are in, use an XP boost and focus up on finishing those challenges. You can easily rack in about 200-600 XP in one challenge with an XP boost active. That's 4-12 games you won't have to play now, from one challenge.
With zero XP grants and using the above tips, I've gone from Rank 1 (November 19th) to Rank 47 (November 30th.) I haven't been playing all day every day, I've just been getting on when I can, and finishing all my challenges with XP boosts active. Obviously there's no rush in getting this finished, since even when the new battle pass arrives, this one should still be here. But still, this should help save some time.
Happy hunting! If anyone has any extra helpful tips please comment and I'll add them into the solution (you'll get credit for any help, of course). If you feel the need to downvote, please explain what I can do to make the solution more clear.
EDIT #1: With a new update, 343 has implemented a new daily system. Players will now get 300 XP for their first game, and subsequent games will decrease after each one in extra XP (200 XP > 150 XP > 100 XP). I believe once you hit your seventh game of the day, it goes back to awarding 50 XP per game. That being said, I would recommend playing at least one game a day. This just released so I have yet to test if it resets daily as I have been told, but I'll come back and update the solution if it doesn't.
EDIT #2: I know a lot of people are saying to do Bot Bootcamp, but personally I felt it wasn't rewarding enough. For one thing, it is extraordinarily boring, and for another I found that I was actually having to deal with others idly boosting while I did all the work. A lot of weekly challenges can't even be completed in Bot Bootcamp, so I would recommend staying in normal playlists if you feel that what I've mentioned above isn't for you.

This guide is based on people NOT buying anything, not even the Premium Battle Pass (because that's how I progressed through the entirety of the first Battle Pass).
Obviously, this achievement pops as soon as you complete any of the Battle Passes (unconfirmed as of writing this since there's only one Battle Pass available).
Once a new Battle Pass releases, you'll be able to select to which Battle Pass you want to put your progression towards (unconfirmed as of writing this since there's only one Battle Pass available).
Progressing the Battle Pass is only possible by completing Daily and Weekly challenges. There's always a limit to how many of these you can complete. One level requires 1000 XP, netting a total of 100'000 XP required to max out the very first Battle Pass.
There's 50 Daily challenges that you can complete within a day and all of them can be done in Bot Bootcamp. The award of XP is based as follows:
1. 300 XP
2. 200 XP
3. 200 XP
4. 100 XP
5. 100 XP
6. 100 XP (exactly 1000 here)
7. 50 XP
8. 50 XP
...
50. 50XP (netting a total of 3200 XP over all 50 matches)
In regards to Weekly challenges, there's always 20 + 1 Ultimate Weekly challenge possible to obtain. These vary between awarding 200 - 300 XP and the Ultimate Weekly challenge always awarding 400 XP. Therefore on average an additional 5000 XP you can gain additionally per week (exceptions can be made such as the recent Ranked-based weekly where challenges awarded up to 500 XP).
These Weekly challenges can be swapped out with Challenge Swaps. You'll always get another challenge that awards the same amount of XP so don't worry swapping out some challenges (because some of them can be really annoying to obtain).
During the progression of the Battle Pass, you'll be rewarded a total of 40 Challenge Swaps. You really don't have to worry swapping out annoying challenges, you should have more than enough of these Challenge Swaps.
The Ultimate Weekly challenge can NOT be swapped out.
It's possible that an Event Pass will grant you XP Boosts which you can also apply to the Battle Pass. These have only been featured in the Tenrai event as of writing this guide and will potentially be removed in future Tenrai events. XP Boosts grant 250 XP each.
Putting that in a timely perspective:
A Bot Bootcamp match (and therefore completing Daily challenges) take on average about 4 minutes (includes load times). It always depends on the game-mode you're getting but this is what I've gotten on average. To be forgiving, let's put this to 5 minutes. Hence 50 Daily challenges take 250 minutes or somewhat around 4h to complete. If you only focus on Daily challenges you would require to do this 31+ times, so 31 days of straight Bot Bootcamp grinding for 4h a day. Within those 31 days you could theoretically complete at least 4 Weekly challenges.
Considering you'd always grind everything out for 28 days, you'd net a total of (3200 XP * 7 days + 5000 XP) * 4 weeks = 109'600 XP
In other words, efficient grinding will take you pretty much exactly one month to complete the very first Battle Pass.

After the December update, the quickest way to level up is to make sure you play your 6 daily matches that give you bonus XP. If you have a double XP token(s) then use it when you do these first 6, that's 2 levels of the battlepass you will unlock in the first hour. For weekly challenges, try and set up as many to almost be complete that are active BEFORE popping a double XP boost. The first 55 levels or so was a grind for me, then I started using double XP when I do my first matches after the 1 pm eastern daily reset (when the shop refreshes) and it just crushes the battlepass levels. I probably went through the last 25-30 levels within 2 weeks just by using the double XP boosts at the beginning of the session and when I was about to complete weekly challenges.
Don't see any solution since the winter update so figured to add this.
The winter update battlepass can be completed to earn the achievement, and is only 30 tiers as opposed to a 100, meaning you only need to earn 30000xp. I recommend playing bot bootcamp if looking to just grind this specific achievement as 90% of matches will be less then 5 minutes long.
In bot bootcamp playlist, you'll be guaranteed a minimum of a 100xp per match (50xp for match completion and 50xp for winning the game, bots are extremely easy to beat) however you earn an extra 50 xp for being in top half of team and 50 more xp for being top player on your team for a total of 200xp. Additionally the battlepass contains 5 double xp boosts, if active you could have the potential to earn 400xp per game.
There is also a daily challenge that will award you 500xp for completing one match each day, plus challenges that don't say complete in PvP can also be earnt in the bot bootcamp playlist for extra xp.

To get this Achievement you must finish any Battle Pass, which has 100 levels.
To find the Battle Pass press the Y button at the main menu & then select the option with Season on it.
To finish a level you must rank up by earning 1,000 XP by completing challenges. The challenges menu can be found on the right where the option to choose the Battle Pass is.
Note that if you paid for the Battle Pass it doesn’t expire & you can use challenge swaps or boosts to help speed up the process.

Very straightforward. The Winter Update battle pass is ongoing until March 2023, and it is only a 30 level battle pass that still counts for the achievement. I suggest doing this one if possible, instead of the usual 100 level passes.
Battle passes do not expire per se, but after some time they'll be inaccessible if you don't have "Premium" or credits to spend to keep the pass available. For example, the first two seasons are locked for me as I have no credits (only obtained through microtransactions or via "premium" battle pass) and don't have premium.
At any rate, it's merely a matter of time in order to complete a Battle Pass. Play lots and try and do well, and complete the daily/weekly challenges for an extra boost on top of the match rewards. As of this post, each level requires 1000 XP, and the match XP rewards are as follows:

At any rate, it's merely a matter of time in order to complete a Battle Pass. Play lots and try and do well, and complete the daily/weekly challenges for an extra boost on top of the match rewards. As of this post, each level requires 1000 XP, and the match XP rewards are as follows:
- Arena Match Complete: 150 XP
- Big Team Battle (BTB) Match Complete: 250 XP
- Featured Match Complete: 200 XP
- Winning Team: 50 XP
- Match MVP: 50 XP
- Top 50% of Team: 50 XP
- Free-For-All placement
- 1st: 150 XP
- 2nd: 100 XP
- 3rd: 50 XP
- 4th: 50 XP
- 5th: 50 XP
