How to unlock the Controlled Demolition achievement in Halo Infinite - Definitive Guide
This can easily be done with 2 players. Make sure both players have the Scorpion gun and a SPNKr equipped and load up a mission replay of Ransom Keep. From the spawn you will see 2 silos next to each other on the left and 2 silos on the right, quite a ways apart. Have one player cover the left and another the right, using 2 rockets from the SPNKr on the far silos then quickly swapping to the Scorpion gun to finish off the two closest silos. If you aren't quick enough, simply restart the mission and try again.

It's even easier if you turn on the Cowbell and Boom skulls. I also found it easier at Ransom Keep than Forge of Teash. One SPNKr rocket is all it takes to take out a silo with the skulls on. I did it solo with an account on cloud and one on my xbox. If you give both players rockets. Set one player up so they can see the two very spaced apart silos and set the other up near the two silos right next to each other. Shoot the far players rockets first at the far apart silos then the close ones at the close silos. It should take a bit for the far rockets to hit, so once you shoot the rockets at the close the far's should be hitting.

Just did this "solo" (that is, with a dummy alt on a second machine) on Forge of Teash. I had Bandana, Boom, and Cowbell on. Both accounts had the M41 Tracker, though presumably the regular Rocket Launcher would work as well.
I cleared out all enemies and raised all 5 silos. Two silos are very close together, with a small building nearby. I got on top of that building. In the opposite direction, two silos are far away.
The fifth silo is on the left (as you face the far away silos), but hidden mostly behind a rocky outcropping. I placed by dummy there, aiming at that silo. (Both machines were connected to the same TV, so I had to use the dummy blind.)
With my main account, I fired at the farthest away silo, then the one to its right. I then turned around as I automatically reloaded. I pulled the trigger on my alt, then fired at each of the nearby silos. So I may have even destroyed all 5 in 5 seconds. Regardless, achievement unlocked.
FYI, I has previously tried on Ransom Keep with a similar method. No Cowbell that time (but did have Boom on). One of the silos did not completely blow up with one rocket. Probably just bad luck, where sometimes one rocket is enough and sometimes not, with or without Cowbell.

I did most of co op stuff with my wife since we have 2 Xboxes but she cant aim fast enough for this one. I was struggling to do it myself by using a dummy, because every time at least one Silo would survive a single rocket even on easy with boom/cowbell, and the tank gun has a tendency to hit at your feet unless you jump when firing.
To solve the issue, if you are struggling to solo this with a dummy here is what I did that got it the first time I tried it:
1. Clear all enemies and raise silos.
2. Damage the silos first with a plasma pistol. It takes about 20 or so shots to make the silo start spewing fire but not explode.
3. Park your dummy WAY far away. I put it on top of the high hill to the left from mission start (the really high grey rock one, not the one with trees). From here its so far away that even zoomed in with rockets the silos are relatively small.
4. Place your main on a rooftop between the two silos nearest to the gate you face at mission start.
5. Zoom in on dummy and fire one rocket at each silo.
6. Immediately pick up your main tag controller and shoot the nearest silo to you (should be the one on the left when on the rooftop between the two nearest the gate you face at mission start). You should be firing your rocket right as the first rocket from the dummy tag explodes, unless youre VERY fast swapping controllers.
7. Turn right and fire your 2nd rocket at the last silo.
Damaging all four with a plasma pistol just until the point where they partially explode/destabilize and start spewing fire ensured that all four would explode with one rocket, solving my issue where there was always one that wouldnt, for whatever reason.

This worked well for me! Damaging them ahead of time did the trick. I also appreciate that you did these with your wife! My wife and I always play Halo story co-op together before I mop up other campaign achievements and then get into multiplayer
