At the main menu screen select the third option down for Academy and then the third option again for Training Mode. You can change the map or leave it as the default and just press Play to start the training mode. As soon as this finishes loading the achievement will unlock.

As soon as the game went live the achievements popped and synced on here for me, along with 1000's of other users, before I even made these guides. You can see in the tracked gamers above ^. With the amount of people online the servers would be hammered, so you can expect some delays in achievements popping.
