SPOILER WARNING -
After the Excavation mission, make your way to the Spire.
Clear out the surrounding enemies and make your way to the center. Once you get there you’ll see 2 hunters, the first time we’ve seen them in this game. They behave differently than previous hunters, but even on heroic I didn’t have any issue dispatching them.
Once they’re dead, the achievement should pop.

There were no Hunters there for me and my achievement popped while I was driving down from the FOB
