At the main menu screen press RB to go along to Customize. Select the fourth option down for Body & AI and then press right on the first option to change the shape of your body type. This will unlock the achievement.

To get this Achievement you must edit your Spartan’s Body Type in the Body & AI section inside the Customize menu.
Once you’re move the slider right on the 1st option to change body type & it will unlock.
