Cayman and Boxer squads are near FOB golf.
Starlight and Carrera Squads are far south of FOB golf.
After the Tower mission, you'll be able to rescue Bluebell, Pyramid, Indiana, and Titan squads to the northwest of the tower.
Barracuda Squad is to the far northwest. Cobra squad is east of them, and Paladin squad is south.
Bengal Squad is to northeast of the Armory of Reckoning.
Jester squad is east of FOB Bravo.
Thunder, Foxhound, and Harpoon Squad on the the huge mountain in the center, and Pronto Squad is to its south.
After you deal with the crashed pelican, you'll be able to get the final squad, Fortune, Located Northwest of FOB Hotel.
Lancer, west of Conservatory, on the edge
Courier, south of Conservatory

There are 20 squads, but I only count 18 on your list. You are missing:
Lancer - west of Conservatory, on the edge
Courier - south of Conservatory
So far in my game I've only found 16. I haven't checked which ones I'm missing. I still have 4 Outposts to claim, so maybe the last 4 squads will appear after that. There are 8 outposts (if you count Outpost Tremonius) and 12 FOBs, so maybe each one unlocks a squad. Just a guess at this point.
