How to unlock the One Shot, Top Mid achievement in Halo Infinite - Definitive Guide

After testing this on a few maps, I have concluded that this is the location for "Top-Mid." Just tag an enemy (Zoom in with LT and press Up on the D-Pad) and it should pop. This is no longer possible in Bot Bootcamp.*

tagged a few but didnt pop. Do u need to tag the area while they in it, like the tripple tag one?

Exactly; you MUST tag an enemy. Your tag will become red when you do which means it worked.

Worth noting this DOESN'T work if you tag 3+ enemies up top mid. I managed that, only getting one and not the other :D

This worked for me when I was not on top mid and then tagged an enemy that was on top mid (not in the passage way at the lower level). Also did it on Bot bootcamp

Behemoth also has a top mid. It's a bridge right between the two bases.

You can confirm the exact right spot by tagging the area and getting the 'Top-Mid' id on it.

So long as you ping at "top mid" on aquarius when an enemy is there, it should unlock. Just simply pinging it with the grey text will not unlock it

There is also a Top-Mid spot on Catalyst.

To get this Achievement you must spot an enemy who is at the Top Mid part of the map.

Check your controls in settings to make sure that spotting is actually assigned to a button.

The following maps have a Top Mid location: Behemoth, Aquarius, & Catalyst.

You can do this in the "Bot Bootcamp" playlist where you play against bots. Find a map that has a "Top Mid" location to call out and simply mark/ping using up on the D-pad to unlock the achievement.

The easiest map for me was by far to do this on Live Fire as it is relatively small and there are a ton of angels to ping from

Only hold LT and press d-pad ⬆️ when you see a enemy, and the achievement will unlock.

I think the easiest way to unlock this achievement nowadays is to load up Infection and hope you get the map Aquarius and spawn as an Alpha Infected.

When you're the Alpha Infected, you have unlimited invisibility. Walk around the map and wait for someone to walk across the Top Mid area and ping them.
