This is fairly self explanatory, but worth noting that I tried this solo by driving up to enemies, changing to the passenger seat and killing 5 enemies with a gravity hammer - and it didn't work.
So don't waste your time - either do this in genuine co-op or log in your main account in xCloud and use an alt account on your xbox. But this is probably best done alongside the other many co-op achievements.

I got it during the campaign as well as Keep It Steady and I had a bunch of skulls activated, for those who were wondering...

So using the Diminisher of Hope hammer (from defeating Escharum) does not work towards this achievement. Luckily, the Rushdown Hammer (from killing High Value Target En'geddon) counts, so that's probably good to add to the solution to save people some wasted time
