There are 39 Spartan Audio Logs is Halo Infinite. Here's a guide how to find them:
The game puts Spartan Audio Logs in order in which they were found, so if you already have some collected your chapters will not match mine and you'll have to search through the chapter for locations you didn't visit.

Do audio logs carry over to other saves like the skulls do? There’s a couple in the first two missions which you can’t replay, so if you missed those it’d be good to know before going on a collectathon.

My Spartan audio logs glitched. For "Retaliation 8. FOB Lima Spartan Audio Log - The Retreat", I collected it, but it didn't show up in my log, so now I'm 1 short of getting the achievement. I sent a support ticket about this.

12/13/21 Update: On my new save slot (I re-did the campaign on easy to get the Forza Veloce achievement), I revisited all four locations, and I found it reset at FOB November on the small island in the water. When I collected it, the achievement popped.

I have 3 audio logs bugged and showing as not collected, kind of makes me not want to continue collecting until fixed...

Hey everyone. You CANNOT rely on the Data Pad numbering that appears in these guides. The Spartan pads are numbered in the order YOU find them in. If you are missing one from any group, you need to go revisit all locations.

@Artie is absolutely right. I thought I was glitched but all I had to do was go to the audio log numbers I thought I already had before following a guide.

Retaliation 8 is bugged for me as well, have gone through multiple times rechecking and unfortunately, it’s nowhere to be found. And yes, I’m aware they show up in the order you pick them up but this is despite that information. Doesn’t matter which retaliation Spartan log (or any others, I’ve checked) I go to, 8 simply has not registered.

You should add that only _one_ Spartan audio log is a campaign mission missable. the rest are in the overworld only.

Spartan audio logs are not always the same number in same locations. It seems to give you the next one for that section so you get the next piece of the story in the right order.

Anyone else having trouble finding the “Scattered” Spartan audio logs? I’m at 9/10 and have checked and rechecked all the spot on map genie.

Edit: the one I was missing wasn’t glitched. It was Scattered 8 @53:13 in the linked video. I never picked it up. It was there the whole time. It looked like it was in the Pelican Down map more than the Sequence map. So I didn’t double check it because I had cleared Pelican Down.

No, anything that was in a mission is miss-able. I'm still trying to find a list of exactly which ones are completely missable at this time, but I think the first two missions and the last couple for sure.

Ok so these are not glitched I read but appear in chronological order. Do you think I should go over all known Spartan log locations and hope for the best or maybe go by sub-title starting from last known location and move backwards?

For anyone who is using the mission replay feature from the Winter Update, the achievement progress won’t track progress anymore. Do not worry, I tested myself and achievement still pops without progress tracking. I tested this on a few different non-tracking achievements.

I've collected Spartan audio log #6, but it's not registering, and I can't pick it up again. Does N E 1 have a way to fix this? What if I go through them, their locations, again to find them? Maybe 1 of them will "be there" and pop the cheevo? ThX ppl.

Used three different guides to try and get all the Ringfall audiologs but one never counted. One appears bugged. Why is this achievement not listed as buggy because it certainly isn't fixed in 2023.

There is no actual order to the audio logs. The number order of the logs and what you hear depends on when you pick them up. Just check the video and ensure you have been to all locations as the numbers mean nothing. (if you are missing #3 in rainfall for example just check all other locations as #3 is different for everyone)

fair warning this one is glitched just like the high value target one. I got them all but one of the evacuation logs didnt register. I have all 6 in the lower left map but I'm stuck at 11/12 for that area and only have 6/7 of them registered. I also of course have the one in the first mission as well. So 2 achievements this game cheated me out of.

As far as I can tell, Banished and UNSC logs unlock linked to the specific location (i.e. the specific log will match the specific location in any guide).

Spartan logs, however, unlock in a set order to maintain the story narrative, regardless of where you pick them up - so they will NOT match the locations in the guides if you pick them up in a different order.

e.g. I missed one at the north of the second island, in the crash site / hills just south west of Outpost Tremonius. The IGN guide had it down as number 3 or something, but for me it was the very last one - I got this at the end of the game, after completing all the missions, to fill the final spot.

Hey Achievement Hunters!! Welcome to the next Halo installment Halo Infinite! I have created a comprehensive collectible AND miscellaneous achievement guide that covers every collectible in the game as well as key points to get all the miscellaneous achievements in the game in CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER. If you follow along my guide will net you all achievements and all you will have left is your LASO playthrough, speedrun, and any higher difficulty tiers you did not play on for this playthrough. That is absolutely correct. The Spartan logs unlock in a set order (with sort of a story-line). Unfortunately for guide makers it’s hard to even tell you which one you missed and then how to go find that specific one as it will be different for every guide. My guide (and really any other) can only be as reliable as there is a Spartan log at this location unfortunately
