In Co-Op, either complete every Banished Outpost for the 1st time or Replay them with another player. You can do this on Easy difficulty with Skulls enabled, such as Bandana to make it a Breeze.
Note: You can only Replay an Outpost that all Players in the Fireteam have completed. Otherwise, you will have to progress further into the Story, to have all 7 Banished Outposts Available to Complete.
Ensure that you see a "Mission Complete" message on your HUD, after completing an outpost before heading on to the next.
Here is a list of every Banished Outpost:

I have a 100% save but I can't replay missions with a friend that doesn't have his game 100%. Could you please tell me how it works?

You can only Replay Missions or Objectives that all Players in the Fireteam have completed with the Save File you Choose. You will have to progress far enough into the Story in Order to be able to Complete them for the 1st time.
