At the main menu screen press RB to go along to Customize. Select the fourth option for Body & AI and then select the third option down for AI Model. You have a few to choose from straight away so scroll right and pick a different one from the default first option. This will unlock the achievement.

I have only 3 available right away. It shows several, but only the first 3 can be used and you must equip them for the achievement to unlock. Not sure if that's the issue with the achievement not unlocking for others. You can't just select one, it must be equipped with the X button once selected. Thanks for the quick guide.

To get this Achievement you must edit your personal AI in the Body & AI option in the Customize menu.
Even though it says to earn a new one you can unlock this Achievement by changing AIs “equipping one with a different shape” in the AI Model Section.
