This includes avoiding all damage from needles shot out by mines on detonation. Just be careful and watch for any mines. I liked to pick up the Bubble Shield ability from the Pink Elite near the beginning of the mission so I could be completely safe.
You should be able to get this pretty easily if you just take it slow and watch for any and all mines and needles.
