My buddy sent me this link. Said it was literally the first grunt he killed that did it. So I tried it. It popped on the first grunt I killed too.
I know there is some RNG as even the video takes 2 passes. Just crazy it happened for both my friend and I on first grunt. Hope this video might help you as well.
