All I did was go on create a game in multiplayer added an a.i. Player on death match and won

Didn't work for me, tried 1v1 death match and 2v2 death match...

I did it again just then and it worked. Strange, I did it once for each 1's,2's and 3's the other day and it didn't work but just then a simple 1v1 worked.

I got it to work on the first time good solution. Plus I also got so lonely on top and officer on deck as well.

Anyone been able to get around the "unable to maintain session" bug in DE's MP since the February patch? I can't get online at all.

Select a multiplayer game and choose an AI to fill the enemy spot. Once you win you will unlock the achievement along with "So Lonely At the Top."
