1)Go into Skirmish and set the AI to easy on the map Chasms.
2)Choose any covenant team and start the match up.
3)Build a temple immediately then Warehouses which will que up.
4) When your hero spawns run to the enemy base and destroy their 1 and only unit, the scout using their RT ability and the achievement will immediately unlock.

Far easier method. I just did the Advanced Tutorial to refresh my memory, and unlocked this achievement by killing the last marine with Regret.

AC4ace's method worked perfectly. Just kill the units with Regrets cleansing, don't care about the base.

The Scarab in Mission 7 can be used. Once you get its health low enough (~10%), finish it off with the MAC Blast.

The easiest way to do this is to start a 1v1 match on Chasms as one of the Covenant leaders against a UNSC leader. Build a warehouse and when it is complete, move your leader to the enemy base and use their power on the Warthog which should be sitting outside their base.
