Keep in mind the game tracks score on by difficulty and by solo vs co-op. You need to reply the same mission, on the same difficulty on the same game mode. Playing a level on Heroic then replying on Easy will not get you the achievement, even if your Easy score was higher than your Heroic score.

If you want to get this achivement then turn the sickness skull(makes your units hit points weaker but gives you more points)on and then just do any mission perferalbly the first mission and just try to go fast and do good adn stuff

Complete a campaign mission getting a low medal like bronze, then replay the mission on the same difficulty and improve on it with a better medal.
An easy way to do this is to activate all positive skulls for your first playthrough of a mission to get a negative multiplier, then replay the mission with all negative skulls to get a positive multiplier.
