There are 4 pylons on this map, two are to the east of your base location, one is between team 1 and team 2 and one is behind team 3.
There is no need to construct Gremlins, they get dropped off when you locate each pylon.
The best bet is to do this on easy and use two vultures to cout out the pylons and then escort the gremlins with tanks for protection.

There are four tractor beams on the map, one in each corner, clear the paths to and the areas around the tractor beams to make way for the vehicles you use to disrupt them. Make sure you only clear the top and bottom swarms so you can get to the final two before the mission ends.
