This seems to count on a rolling 24-hour time frame, not by actual time.

I started the game around 9:30pm, with the Weekly tasks having 22.5h remaining, and I was able to pop this achievement at 1:39am the next morning (18h left)

To complete a weekly quest line you must complete 15 tasks.

You start with 3 tasks where once complete you must wait half an hour. This means it would take around 2.5 hours to complete.

However. Unless you are going to be logging in a few times in the next 24 hours I suggest using 150 coins to generate a new task instantly.

The coin and star currencies are very easy to come by. If you get a task which is quite time consuming I would also suggest to just skip it using coins and it will give you another.

You can earn over 100 coins in just 1 race so it's worth it.
