Defeat the Shade at the end of the Lovers challenge to unlock this achievement.

Shades can be burned down easily by focusing on them relentlessly and not allowing them to attack. As long as you keep the pressure up and occasionally dodge, this enemy will die quickly and with minimal issue, granted you're still not using a default weapon.

Any equipment with bonuses to anti-Undead will be useful here, especially the bombs you can get from Oswin's uncle. Don't forget to save a charge or two if you have trouble fighting the Shade archetype.
