Select the challenge "The Lovers." Select the Holy Mace as a weapon (advisably the only weapon) to find during the challenge.
I'd equip a couple challenges like Lady of the Lake and Illicit Trade in order to increase your chances of getting the weapon. Other cards that would help are fame-increasing ones, like battle cards or The Fabled Beast, in order to wield said weapon.
When fighting one of the many battles involving the undead, build up your charge, move to a group of close skeletons, and press your RT to use your weapon ability.

It might be worth clarifying whether you mean we should select Holy Mace or Absolved Plight - the latter is actually the reward for obtaining 12 blessings using Holy Mace on The High Priestess. I'm presuming you mean the actual Holy Mace
