Hand of Fate 2

This Achievement requires you to complete a Combat encounter with less than 10 health left. This can be done in any combat by simply leaving one enemy alive and letting him hit you until you have less than 10 health. Then kill the final enemy to unlock this. It is likely that you will unlock this eventually during Natural Progression but can be boosted easily early in the game.

Using Malaclypse as your companion allows you to have a magical shield once every 30 seconds which will help since most enemies can one shot you once you have less than 10 health. The shield will buy you one misstep while you kill the final enemy. Good luck and don't forget to counter!
