Hand of Fate 2

In order to unlock the Gold challenge token you must Complete the Challenge with the optional objective completed. Each challenge has a different optional objective that is displayed during the Challenge. For the Challenge the High Priestess the optional objective is to have at least 6 blessings when you reach the High Priestess herself.

Simply add the cards to your deck that most easily ensure you reach the optional objective for the Challenge and then complete the Challenge with the optional completed to unlock the Gold token. The Gold Token will give you additional cards and in the Challenge Map the challenge will have a Gold border around it to show you have completed it.
