You will need the Encrusted Mace to complete this. It is earned by killing 50 corrupted with the Dark mace, I can't remember the full name.
The difficulty of this achievement comes in the fame requirement of 65 to wield the Encrusted Mace.
That is made exceptionally easy though with the Silver Deer card. Just have Goblin Town, Forgotten Dream, and Silver Deer in your encounters deck and Encrusted Mace in your Equipment deck and you should be set.
Get your gold above 65 from the Goblin Town card and then find the Silver Deer card (Or Forgotten Dream card if you already encountered Silver Deer). Approach the Silver Deer (an easy precision gambit) and then give the deer food (another easy precision gambit) and then the Deer will do one of three things, switch the value of your food and gold, your gold and fame, or your food and fame. The outcome you are looking for is gold and fame, and comes with the message that your coins turned into other coins after the text about glowing. If you get another message press menu, select Switch User, and then go through and continue your game to have another shot at getting the gold to fame outcome.

For some reason, the trophy did not appear the first time. At level 2 I already had 80 fame, an exit card appeared. The subsequent playthrough yielded the trophy.
