How to unlock the Pure Enlightenment achievement in Hand of Fate - Definitive Guide
You will need to possess 10 blessings simultaneously to obtain this achievement. You CANNOT obtain this achievement if you play on apprentice difficulty.
Endless most is essentially necessary for this achievement as you just don't have enough time in any of the story levels. Also, there are only so many ways to obtain blessings, so you'll pretty much need to hit most of these, meaning you will need to unlock a lot of the encounter cards. Here's how you can get to 10 blessings
1. After progressing in the campaign you will always start with 1 blessing.
2. Call for a Priest Encounter: Sells 3 blessings (maybe 4?) for 60-75 gold each depending upon the blessing. Save gold so that you can buy as many as possible. If you have a ton of gold, then buy blessings, leave the shop move over to an adjacent card and then move back to the priest. He should offer you 3 more blessings to buy (Credit: Remeki). *** Sometimes, the priest may not offer you new blessings even if you continue to revisit him. Not sure why.
3. The Lovers Encounter: Offer to help = draw 1 blessing
4. Helpful Priest Encounter: Donate half your food. Huge success = 2 blessings, success = 1 blessing. Failures give curses.
5. Wandering Minstrels Request a song = possibility to draw 1-2 blessings. You will then need to pay them half your gold or food, or take a 1/4 chance just complementing them.
6. Desert Cult Encounter: Offer your blood to draw two pain cards, and then there's the possibility of drawing a blessing.
7. The Altar Encounter: Pray and on success you draw a blessing. On failure and huge failure you can lose a blessing or all blessings, so calculate the risk.
8. Loan Encounter: Gold payback counts as a blessing, but will only stick with you for 10 turns. Still helpful if you have 9 and are hunting down that 10th.
9. Cursed Treasure Encounter: Leave the treasure alone and sometimes you will get to draw 1 blessing.
10.Desert of the Damned Encounter: Choose open it and be successful, then choose request a favor and there's a chance to draw a blessing on success.
11. Devil's Carnival Encounter : Draw a blessing after 2x huge success.
12. Hero's Remains Encounter: Take the gear, return it and there's a chance to draw a blessing.
13. Holy Patronage Encounter: Pay 40 gold for a blessing.
14. The Lizard Dome Encounter: Win, and then if presented with the choice choose "Go back and free prisoners". On success you draw a blessing.
15. The Maiden Encounter: Choose to be blessed.
16. The Tavern Fail on the first attempt and then succeed on the second attempt and you should draw a blessing.
I think those are all of the possible ways to earn blessings. If you have the expansion, the monk can also choose a blessing as a possible reward for defeating undead. But as they get no benefit from gold gains it become harder to purchase the 3 from the priest, so I'd avoid the monk.
**The game seems to cap your curses+blessings at 18. So if you have 9 blessings and 9 curses, you will not be able to earn another blessing. This means you need to find a priest and pay to remove a curse before adding another blessing. Endless mode will add curses every few levels, and the ones that empower enemies can become very expensive to remove. I'd suggest saving all spare gold after buying blessings for removing curses.

I believe you're right, that there is a cap on Blessings+Curses at 15.

(Difficulty)
You cannot get this trophy by playing on Apprentice difficulty.
Blessings can be gained due to gain cards, and event cards. The Maiden, Helpful Priest, The Altar, Desert Cult, The Tavern, Cursed Treasure, among other event can give you blessings. In the "Call for a Priest" shop, you can buy blessings and the place can be revisited. I recommend doing this in endless mode. When you have 10 blessings active on you during a game the trophy will pop.

You should throw the maximum number of cards into the meeting deck, and for fulfilling the conditions, blessings and gold are given out. As a result, this will allow you to score 8 from cards and buy 2 in the store. In total 10.

Easily done on the King of Skulls boss. At the start we have one blessing and five Hanged Man cards, each of which gives one curse and one blessing. We throw all the cards that give blessings into the deck and quickly get the trophy without buying blessings. I recommend getting it before moving to the next level, there are fewer encounter cards in the deck and the chance of getting the ones you need is higher. At the "Apprentice" difficulty level, the trophy is not given.
