Hannah The Movie

As the achievement description reads you must 5 star a song on each stage. However, this can be done in either or a combination of story mode and quickplay. So if you happen to come up short during the story you can always play the song(s) you missed again later in quick play. You don't have to be perfect to 5-star, just get a score of 100,000 or better.

There are 6 stages to get a 5 star on, you'll play on all if you suffer through story mode.
