How to unlock the Ain't No Generic Cleric achievement in Happy Dungeons - Definitive Guide

There is a much easier solution to get the 10 hour achievement. Load up any mission past the prologue. One you beat the mission the clock will stop. You can then idle for as long as you want. I would go to bed and wake up. Walk out the door and all the time you spent idle will count. The only risk is your game crashing over night. It does not matter if you controller turns off during the night. You will only get credit for all the hours you spent idle if you successfully walk out the door.

This solution can also be used to boost the hours played on each class to unlock skills that require you to play long hours on a certain character.

So happy I found this. Thank you for saving me the pain of playing the cleric.

It's working again. Get it before it's patched.

Seems to have been patched again. I just finished a dungeon on hero difficulty and the timer is continuing to run.

Still works, but only on certain missions. Some the timer continues to count down, others it doesn't.

I think it still works I'm not 100% sure 'cause I'd need to go a lot longer idle, but I've only played the Mage class for one quest. It took me about 8 minutes to beat it and get to the point where the clock stops. With it being 10 hours I'm pretty sure 1 hour should equal 10%, so there's no way that my progress should go up too much. So I sat there idle, and did other things on my computer for about an hour, maybe a little over and when I completed the quest my progress updated to 14% and I'm pretty sure 8 minutes shouldn't have gotten me that much.

Edit: It definitely still works, I can confidently say that now. Did one more, and left it idle after the clock stops for a very long time. Came back, went through the door, and the achievement popped during the screen that shows your experience gained. People are either doing something wrong, or it's just acting weird or something.
