Just play the Story Mode.
After a few levels you have more then enough items for the Achievement to unlock.
Not Fast enough?
Play a few levels and buy a 10 item pack from Happy Cards cost: 5000 Happy stars.
Played Happy Wars?
U probably got items in you're gift box granted for playing the game.
Speeds things up even more!!

You get weapons by purchasing Happy Cards or obtaining the by killing enemies in the game. It is cumulative and counts items that you've sold/materialized as well. This one was a little funky, I had gotten 100 pieces of equipment, but it didn't pop until after I went in and played around with them in my character edit screen and then backed out. Once you get a 100 pieces of equipment, the trophy will pop.
