The quest "A Little Friend" is the first one in Chapter 4. During this quest is where you get introduced to and acquire a minion. There is a mini-boss in the second to last part, but it's basically the generic type you've fought many times before in previous ones with no real variation. After you complete the quest, the trophy will pop.
