How to unlock the The 13 stairs of death achievement in Happy Dungeons - Definitive Guide
The most rewarding method is doing a run through B21 - Sports Ground for the Lazy in Infinite Dungeon. What you're going to want to focus on is clearing out every single room in each maze, as along the way you may run into rooms with a chest, which have a chance to drop Epic items (which can be sold to get Rare Metal).
If running a Warrior, you're going to want to focus on Defense more than Attack. You will end up getting swarmed at some points, and being able to withstand brute force from zombies will help you in the long run. You don't need to worry about elemental buffs on your weapon as there are a good amount of Fire/Wind Stones to help you out. I also strongly suggest having Undead Killer on your weapon to speed up the process of cleaning up rooms. Undead Protection is also a good addition but not required if you're at a high level (40+) and have good Defense.
If you're running Mage, Fire Enchant 3 on your Skill Set, along with Max AP 7 and Intensify AP will allow you to spam fire at zombies, but as an offset, Intensify AP will lower your HP total, so you're going to want to keep your distance, even if your armor stat is relatively high.
If you're running Cleric, then something is wrong with you. Don't trade healing abilities for slower DPM, it's not worth it.
Your kill count may vary due to the nature of mazes, but an average run should net you 500 kills at least. One run pushed the progress bar up 7%, so as you can tell, you'd have to do multiple runs in the Infinite Dungeon, but as you can also get crafting items for Awakening... the payoff is there.
(Also netted 100k+ XP but that's just a bonus)
This achievement can be grinded out on Chapter 7 or 8 at Human difficulty also, which has the added benefit of being much shorter in length, and can add up the zombie kills much faster in exchange for worse item drops.

B21 - Room 30; If you run back and forth between the first boss (zombie) it will continue to spawn zombies, just dont kill the boss.
I have been able to get anywhere from 10-18% per run with this.

If you are running cleric, you can spam Holy Ball. As long as you have the Stun Crusher skill on your weapon the damage is great, and you can do this fairly easily.

This was the last achievement that I needed to get in this game. I highly suggest saving this for later in the game. If you are still trying to get the level 50 achievement I suggest running through campaign chapters 7-9. You can do them first on human, then hero and then death if you are able to. This will get you lots of zombie kills along with some good experience towards to level 50 achievement.
Next I would suggest doing infinite dungeon starting from level B21 if you still need awakening items. This will net you more zombie kills.
If this achievement is one of the very last things you need though, do Chapter 8-1: Missing the Princess. I was able to go from 76%-97% in one run. This chapter has 4 sections. The trick is on the 3rd section. You will want to buy some hyper healing potions, or equip the best healing potions you have to you tool slot. In the other tool slots you can put some spears and javelins. Get to the 3rd section of this chapter. You can play on human so you one shot everything. You will be standing in poison, hence the healing potions. The goal of this section is to stand on 4 switches so that you can move on. Go ahead and press 3 of the switches, but don't press the 4th. As soon as you press the 4th the section is over and you move to the last part. The great part about this section is that easy zombies continuously respawn. Just go on an insane killing spree. I killed until I had about 2:30 left on the level. Then stepped on the switch. The last section is a Tubby Zombie that you have to kill. I killed him with 1 Undead Killer Javelin.
Hope this helps with anyone who just want to get this over with as quick as possible
