You will need 90,000 happy points to purchase the 10x lite 10 times. Go to shop-> happy cards-> happy cards lite x10. Now purchase any of the 5 categories for 10 times (combination of any works as well).

Thanks,I only had to make 3 purchases to unlock the ach.,must be retroactive.

Previous progress counts. For that matter, I used regular Happy Cards and popped this.
