They must be obtained in either Quick Match, Co-op or Special Games.
They cannot be obtained in story or Skirmish Mode.
You must finish the game to the end regardless of winning or losing. Disconnecting or quitting will forfeit any earned medals within the match.
Kill Streaks
Claim 5 consecutive kills.
Half of the More Kill Streaks requirement. Kills must be made within 10-15 seconds for the chain to continue.
Traitor
Kill enemies with scores higher than you 10 times in a match.
Fun fact. I've never done this before. Oh wait... it's a new quest, that's why.
The only real way to get this is to not play the game for about 5+ minutes while the other team levels up. At this point though, you'll be underpowered, so it might be best to try and steal the kills off others, or you can hop on a cannon and just hope your shots make impact.
In all honesty, going for this once just to get it completed is all you need. Avoid.
Maximum Level
Reach Level 5 in a match.
You need to be the first player on your team to reach Level 5 for this. Either use an EXP Up buff to help get there faster, or just play the game and aim to be the best on your team. Build towers, join team skills, and wreck everything.
First Off the Mark
Be the first to enter the enemy castle in a match.
You can do this the fast way or the cheap way. Fastest way is to backdoor into the castle. Cheapest way is to have your team take down the last bit of health on the gate while you walk up against it. Don't forget to tip!
The Killer at the Lake
20 kills in a game without dying or changing character class.
This is something you'll get along the way to NBK.
MVP
Complete a game with the most kills and least deaths among all players.
This quest was notorious for being hard as hell for most people back on the 360. You see, the only real way to get this is to switch to MLG mode, and not die. You'll need to take any kills before you, and retreat to safety before you hit the ground. Passive aggressive attitudes will succeed.
Kill 'em all!
Kill all enemies in 1 game.
This is just Mighty Warrior but with a different title. Easily done in a 8v8 Co-op match against a pushover team.

Over 100 hours of total play time.
Can only be obtained once
The Invincible General
256 total wins.
Can only be obtained once.
Heroic
500 total kills.
Can only be obtained once.
Mercenary of Vengeance
100 total kills of enemies that killed your allies!
Can only be obtained once.
Basically avenge kills. If a nearby ally is killed off, head for the opponent who ended their life, and take them down.
The Master Swordsman
100 total kills as any Warrior type.
Can only be obtained once.
Bewitched
500 total kills as any Mage type.
Can only be obtained once.
Field Medic
3000 total healing as a Cleric.
Can only be obtained once.
Necromancer
Used Resurrect 250 total times.
Can only be obtained once.
And Become Legend...
Appear on Hero Pop-up 50 times.
Can only be obtained once.
Heart of Platinum
Guard against enemy attacks 1000 times.
Can only be obtained once.
Quickest way to boost this is to head to the enemy castle with a Warrior (or Cleric), pull up your shield, and let the ballista arrows hit you.
The Ruler
Destroy the Big Tower 100 times.
Can only be obtained once.
Interceptor
Interrupted enemy's Team Skills 100 times total!
Can only be obtained once.
Much faster in Co-op than Quick Match. Wait for the opponent to start a skill (easily noticeable by yellow speech bubble), and then hit them once. Hitting anyone who joined a team skill instead of the one hosting it doesn't count.
Dune Worm
Be in the castle 100 times when your team destroys the Big Tower. (Desert or Zodiac stages)
Can only be obtained once.
Being dead inside the castle once the Tower is down still count towards this and related medals.
Sea Lion
Be in the castle 100 times when your team destroys the Big Tower. (Coral or Deep Sea stage)
Can only be obtained once.
Dragon Hatchling
Be in the castle 100 times when your team destroys the Big Tower. (Rainbow or Snowman stage)
Can only be obtained once.
Incipient Demon
Be in the castle 100 times when your team destroys the Big Tower. (Twilight or Pumpkin stage)
Can only be obtained once.
Bird Cannon Master
Be in the castle 100 times when your team destroys the Big Tower. (Bird God or Sunset stage)
Can only be obtained once.
Ketchup Dog
Be in the castle 100 times when your team destroys the Big Tower. (Ketchup Avenue stage)
Can only be obtained once.
Fantasista
Reach the goal as the KING in a Save the KING match.
This medal is time sensitive, and can only be done when the event is active. That said, STK requires teamwork as the King is slow and a very easy target. You can use Rocketman to move faster, but you'll need backup first and foremost.
