You'll eventually stumble upon items with a little star beside them, you can get these premium items easily by playing Story Mode or Happy Spinner. If you have at least 18 tickets you can play the regular Cards game, where you will ALWAYS get a premium item in the pack no matter what.
NOTE: If you played this before (360 version) and got this achievement, when your stats and items load up in the ONE version you'll be receiving this automatically.
EDIT: As of today, April 24th 2015, Microsoft gave free stars and items to people who just started playing this in the XBOX ONE, so you probably got the achievement after passing the title screen.

Premium items are items that have a star by them. This achievement will unlock naturally as you go through story mode since a few premium items are rewards for completing certain missions.
