How to unlock the War Mastermind achievement in Happy Wars - Definitive Guide
Since Happy Wars is a team game, your progress of getting 100 wins in Quick Match will be depending on the skill of your in-game teammates. The safe bet is that you will likely win 50% of your games over time just by random chance and you will need approximately 200 full matches to reach this milestone.
The problem you will encounter is the game has serious networking issue as matches either fail to start, or players get disconnected mid game. All in-game progress is lost when you are kicked from the game so expect lots of frustration and wasted time. The games on the Xbox One fail much more frequently than on the Xbox 360, so to speed things along you may want to make progress toward this achievement on the Xbox 360 while you still can.
You can track your progress in their achievement via the Xbox One as it accurately shows your percent competition to this goal. There are several in-game missions with Quick Match victory milestones, however, the missions are all buggy and both wins and losses are counted in the so they will likely overstate your progress toward unlocking this achievement which indeed only counts victories.
Up until April 11, 2018, your cumulative game stats are all cloud saved and achievements can be earned cross-platform. Wins earned in Quick Match on both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One do count as progress for their achievement. If you have been playing on the Xbox 360 version, all you need to do is play 1 single game of Quick Match to completion on the Xbox One. As soon as you have a combined 100 wins the achievement will pop. After April 11th, 2018 this will no longer be the case as ToyLogic has announced the syncing of save data between the platforms will be discontinued on that date. After which you will have to earn any addition wins you need to reach the 100 win milestone exclusively on the Xbox One.

The real problems are preformed parties of players with level 60 and 3000+ hours of gameplay each. You cannot withstand a fight against them, even if you are level 60 but you simply stopped playing before the Super Enchantments got spread on everything. There is an incredible mismatch.
I will add a suggestion to your solution: this achievement can be easily boosted with just 1 friend if both of you use other controllers. The minimum number of player to start is 6. So basically 3 vs 3 can be achieved with 2 players and 3 controllers each. It's also easy to find each other because, to be honest, no one is playing this game in quick match...
