CLN Gunships are the police hovercars that look like straight out of The Fifth Element. They first appear at the end of Mission 6 (Underground)
There is a neat little trick you can do, and that is damaging any of them just enough so they're one shot away from dying, at that point save the game, reload the save and quickly make that shot, it will count as a sub-5 second kill and the achievement will unlock.
Can be done with other time-related kill achievements in this game.
