How to unlock the Act II Complete achievement in Hardspace: Shipbreaker - Definitive Guide

This unlocked for me about halfway through rank 17. Perhaps coincidentally (or perhaps not), I had just gotten under the $1T debt threshold, so that may be the trigger. Would be curious if anyone can confirm.

For me it happened when the message about Lou comes on from the corporate guy.

Playing solely on the casual mode it didn't unlock for me until hallway through Level 19 with about 900,000,000 of debt.

Based on my experience its based on days. I got to rank 27 before this achievement even popped and decided to test weither or not my hypothesis (days) was right or not. So far it is as i got the next achievement after each days dialog

This achievement unlocks around rank 18 and the following story scene happens. The rank that this unlocks may vary depending on how many shifts you are doing, and how many mastery points you are getting.

Just salvage ships, story should progress to ActIII when reaching lvl 17-18.
