Harmony: The Fall of Reverie

This achievement is cumulative, you don't have to have 20 on hand at once. You can get all the crystal collection achievements in one playthrough as long as you mix up your decisions made based on whichever one yields the highest crystals.

I got all non-Glory crystal achievements shortly before the end of Act 3, so you have plenty of wiggle room here.
