Harms Way

Very easy to get.
1) Select Single Player
2) Select Driver
3) Select Vehicle
4) Select Single Map
5) Select Navajo Arch
6) Select Without Bots
7) Right at the beginning, ramp off a hill doing a barrel roll landing on your back. Allowing all your health to deplete. Achievement Unlock!

Very simple, this will happen naturally if you play.

If you want to force the achievement just drive slowly into mines and avoid shields etc. There will be turrets shooting at you constantly so don't even worry.

For this achievement you just need to wreck your own vehicle while playing as the driver, on any map just look out for a small incline or a ramp, when you find one use it to flip your vehicle and once you flip over your vehicle will explode, unlocking the achievement.

Alternatively if you see a bunch of oil drums you can drive straight into them which will also result in you wrecking your vehicle, or play a game with bots/online and let yourself be killed, any of these methods will unlock the achievement for you.
