In Chapter 1.3 you'll visit Agora's Arcade for the first time. Head into the Intercom Oasis shop, which is actually an arcade and use the machine against the left wall. Play the game for 2 minutes. There is an in game timer, but if you crash the timer resets, don't worry though as the time needed for this achievement is cumulative.
