How to unlock the Luke Warm achievement in Harold Halibut - Definitive Guide
In chapter 4.2, head over to the energy district where Slippie is trying to move some equipment. He won't let you help at first but talk to him once before doing this next part. After speaking to Slippie once, head over to the cave and speak to Brigitte to continue the main task. She'll ask you to get a power adapter and you'll need to head back over to the energy district, once there Slippie will have moved inside. Speak to him again now and he'll ask for help. *MAKE SURE YOU SELECT YES*, the way he asks can be confusing but select yes, otherwise the game will autosave and you will have to reload from chapter 4.2 and redo any progress you have already done. That's it and I hope this helps!

Missed this due to it glitching. I didn't even know it was tied to an achievement at the time, but doing the adaptor collection task, when I met Slippie in the lab I selected "yes", but it wouldn't let me do anything with the hose thing. Tried every button on the controller on every area of the screen, also tried holding it still, but absolutely nothing happened and got no prompt from Slippie (he'd said something about doing it at the same time). Couldn't even go to the menu and had to close the game down. Reloaded a few times and got the same, so eventually put "no" which let me carry on with the mission but obviously locked me out of the achievement.
Edit - went back to it after finishing the story, took less than 10 minutes from the start of chapter 4.2, and this time it worked fine.

You can skip talking to slippie the first time, I got the adapter task while delivering the letters without speaking to him
