During Chapter 2, an announcement will be made that the Social District is now open. Head on over and head right, past the classroom area and down a hallway with 3 doors. The second door is where we're headed. Enter the small room and walk straight back to the bathroom door. A short cut scene will play with you speaking to the announcer through the door.

Once it's over, the achievement will pop

In Chapter 2.1, you will gain access to Social District. Head there and continue past the classroom and down the hall. There are three rooms down this hall. Walk into the second one and walk up to the bathroom door to start a conversation with the announcer who is showering. This will pop at the end of that conversation!
