This trophy is very easy to get, especially since each spell an enemy casts counts as a deflect. To use Protego, simply hold down 
and a transparent shield-type thing will appear. Just deflect 20 enemy spells and the trophy will pop.

You need only to cast Protego by holding 
while under fire. Once twenty shots have hit your new shield, the achievement will unlock. Keep in mind this is cumulative and likely natural if playing on Hard.
