This is a simple trophy, only needing you to cast one spell. To cast Confundo, bring up the spell wheel by holding 
. Use the left stick to manuever to the spell you want, Confundo. Aim at an enemy with the 
button, and cast the spell when it has targeted the enemy with 
. Note that the enemy under the Confundus charm must defeat at least one enemy for the trophy to pop.

To unlock this achievement, simply choose Confundo from the spell wheel and cast it upon an enemy. It can be cast on Death Eaters, Snatchers, or Inferni.
